I initially reached out to Sara in the hope to lose some weight and tone up in a healthy way, without crash dieting. What I ended up getting out of Sara's program was so much more. I've not only learned a ton about how to properly take care of and nourish my body, but my energy levels also are so much higher, my brain fog has disappeared and I feel overall so much more productive and healthy. I have always been a healthy person going to the gym, walking my dogs and then I got pregnant with my daughter 16 years ago.
