How many calories and macros should I be eating?

We’ve simplified the process for you! Your plan includes portion sizes based on your specific goals and hormonal needs. No calorie or macro counting required—just follow the easy portion meal plan and your food substitution list.  

What kind of foods should I be eating?

To achieve optimal results, your plan focuses on 80% whole, nutrient-dense foods that support hormonal balance and energy and 20% fun foods to provide you flexibility.  We also know that when you are eating foods you love you are more likely to stick to the plan.   You’ll receive an unlimited list of foods to help you build delicious and satisfying meals.

This plan is not suitable for vegans, as it includes high-quality protein sources that are primarily animal-based.

If you have gluten, dairy, or nut allergies, you’ll still be able to follow the plan successfully. We provide a wide range of food options and a Food Substitution list to help you make adjustments that fit your dietary needs while still ensuring you get the proper nutrition for your goals.

How do I cook meals that I’ll enjoy?

Your plan breaks down portion sizes for each meal, making it simple to know exactly what and how much to eat.   Just pick from the food substitution list and follow the portions provided.
